Insulated Digging Tools
The Richard Carter range of insulated digging tools has a solid forged steel head and socket, solid fibreglass shaft and a rubber collar to protect your hand. All tools conform to BS 3388. Each shovel is individually tested and supplied with a certificate of conformity and code marked for traceability.
