Horizon Utility Supplies is excited to share our ongoing charitable support. As an Employee Ownership Trust, we at Horizon have the privilege of selecting the charities and local organisations that we support through donations. Commitment to social responsibility is a fundamental part of our company culture, and we believe it’s crucial for us to maintain a positive impact in the communities we serve.

This year we have been fortunate to donate a large amount to the following charities:

 £1,000 to Dogs for Good

 £1,227 to Cancer Research UK

 £1,000 to Alzheimer’s Society

Supporting both our local community and local national organisations is a key priority at Horizon. Helping fund important projects and improve the lives of those within our local community is a core value of our company, therefore we are proud to have contributed to the following:

 £650 to Curzon Clevedon, a local independent cinema withholding a long heritage

 £650 to the restoration of Birnbeck Pier and the reopening of its lifeboat station

 £650 to the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution)

 £650 to our local Children’s Hospice South West

 £650 to Ronald McDonald House Charities

 £650 to the British Heart Foundation

Our company is proud to support our employees’ initiatives and the causes close to their hearts. Recently, we have made two special donations to show our appreciation for the efforts of our team:

Kerry, our Sales Office Manager, participated in the Moonlight Walk on the 13th of September in Bristol. In support of her, Horizon donated £100 to this meaningful cause.

Stacey and her group took on the challenge of climbing Snowdon to raise awareness and funds for Motor Neurone Disease. We’re pleased to have donated £100 to support their efforts in this important cause.
